Terms of Service


Hey friend! 💛 Before booking your session with me, below are a few important things to know so we’re always on the same page!

 

 

Booking & Payment


  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your session date.
  • Your spot isn’t reserved until the retainer is paid.
  • The remaining balance is due the day of your session.


Travel Fees


  • Travel within 30 miles of Boise, Idaho is included with every session.
  • For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip) will be added to your session total.
  • Travel fees are due with your final session payment.


Cancellations & Rescheduling


  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please give me at least two days' notice and we’ll find a new date.
  • Retainers are non-refundable but can usually be transferred if proper notice is given.
  • If I have to reschedule (illness, weather, or emergency), we’ll work together to find a new date that works best.


Session Info


  • Please arrive on time! Late arrivals may shorten your session.
  • If more than 15 minutes late without notice, I may need to cancel the session (no refund).
  • I’ll guide you through poses and moments, but keep in mind cooperation of little ones, pets, or unexpected factors aren’t always in my control.


Image Delivery


  • Edited photos will be ready within two to three weeks in an online gallery.
  • I carefully select the best images — RAW (unedited) files aren’t shared.


Editing


  • All images are lightly retouched for color, light, and details.
  • More advanced edits (like body changes, face swaps, and positions) will not be available.
  • My editing style is my art — please don’t add filters or alter photos after delivery.
  • All edits are final.


Copyright & Usage


  • I keep copyright, but you get personal rights to print, share, and enjoy your photos!
  • Please credit me when sharing online (@TheWanderingWildflowerLens on IG and The Wandering Wildflower Lens on Facebook).
  • Images can’t be sold or used for commercial purposes without permission.


Model Release


  • By booking with me, you agree I can use photos for my portfolio, website, or social media (unless you request otherwise in writing).


Liability


  • I do my absolute best, but I’m not responsible for accidents, wardrobe malfunctions, or circumstances outside my control.
  • If something unexpected happens (like equipment failure), my liability is limited to a refund of what you’ve paid.
